which would you prefer....

to work in an environment where you can succeed
have a stable job
be on your toes of backstabbers
be wary of who you mingle with
be extremely careful in what you do/handle lest you receive a 24hrs notice of termination of any mistake at any time any moment...
be wary of people who finds any fault they can with you

OR

work in an environment where friends are friends, people who care
earn less yet be happy
have a friend friend r/s with your superior however work is work
stay the same position although promotions are super slow....

defintely the latter but it seems the former can be seen everywhere.
I am thankful I left the place.. my boss is happy for me too...
now I worry for her and my friends,
I wish they can be free as soon...
Although they are happy now, its because they know nothing....
sigh...
I hate people who play dirty
