I changed my blog skin!! I do not know why but lately I have been in love with red plus, the change in skin is in conjuction with the Nation's birthday which is coming soon. Right before my exams!!!

Yesh, Idah's wedding!! Updates, well what can I say. It was one of the grandest wedding I have attended. Lol, not many pictures though because, I simply was too selenga to take.

On Saturday was her solemnization, which I went with Edwin. We were very paiseh lah plus, it was mostly her relatives, in fact only few of her friends attended. And Idah, I was very shocklah that your dad knows me. Haha and it was funny when he spoke to me in malay and when he looked at Edwin, he auto switch to English! Edwin says that your wedding is super grand!! Haha maklumlah, our friend first time attend malay wedding!! And he declared that our future wedding (InsyaAllah, if we get married) would be a pure Chinese style because he very malu to go up the pelamin under the void deck. Hokay, back to the wedding, oh yesh, we saw the solemnization but we could barely hear, but we were very malu to went up closer because we feel that her relatives and family should be the ones hearing and witnessing nearer. We did not want to block them hehe.... Plus I was explaining to our dear friend what was going on at the pelamin.

After eating and taking a picture with the newly wed we went up to her house where she changed for the photoshoot. Edwin says your house very cozy lah Idah, that he almost fell asleep. We talked to her hubby abit, then we finally saw her. (Oh yesh while waiting, the cameramen and the video-cameramen insisted that we leave a dedication to the newlywed couple, but we malu. So they paksa us, I don't know if it is in the video but if it is sorry Idah, it was a short one cos very impromptu. Haha and the 2 cameramen very the mean lah, they disturbed us.)I managed to take a pic with her but abit blur lah. Then Edwin insisted we left her and her hubby while they had their photoshoot because he say that it was personal. He very malu lah I also don't know why.

Sunday 15th July
I went to the wedding with my parents plus Amir, he cried when I left him to go up to her house. (My dearest Edwin decided last minute not to come because he malu. He feels left out lah I don't know why.) So there I was in her room and I saw her being made up. Then we left and waited for the groom. So while waiting I stood at one corner, but I realised I was not a very good bridesmaid, very inexperience. Sorry Idah.

Then the groom finally came, and he was with his entourage plus the kuda kepang people led him to meet the bride.

So when they are finally seated together, they had perfomances by a dance group and the dikir barat. So nice! We left for the grooms side and I was shock to meet the hubby's side. His parents are so small size.

We went up so they could change, and they rushed down so they could have their first meal together and we rushed back where they could have their cake cutting.



It was one long day indeed. I was tired but I am sure they were even tired. Idah it was funny how I thought Syam would be fierce and all but in fact he turned out to be quite friendly and funny.

Idah, thanks for letting me share the wonderful day with you and Sham, may you both live with happiness and enjoy each others company till you grow old. Have healthy and plenty of children, hehe, and don't forget me and Edwin tau when you have children. I am so so so happy for you.
