well, i had so much that i wanted to blog about but Blogger had to shut down on me for so long that I totally forgotten what I wanted to blog about.
Yep, I did say that I wanted to blog only after exams but since two papers are over, I thought why not.
Ha, and edwin just commented how good I have been after I studied Marketing. Lol I can complain so much over one small incident, but I must say I am not proud of it.
Yesh I did make a complain to this company, because I felt the manager did not do the right ting, so i wrote in an email now that I received the apology I feel bad, I wonder what happened to the manager. haha yah lah call me a complain queen but he hit the raw nerve plus it happened on my pms-ey days so thats why I got angry and wrote in.
I guess when I tell u what happened perhaps u might understand why I was angry.
but another days, cos I got to read up my marketing notes....on customer buying process. sigh....
