27th Oct 2007

Dearest reached home safely & I went to sleep...
It was pretty hard to sleep cos I couldn't sleep and breathe through my mouth...
My nose was blocked & I kept coughing n coughing...
Mama woke me up to feed my cough syrup after which it was much easier for me to sleep...
Woke up at 2pm...
No one was home including Amir, except me & Mama...
She cooked chicken in sambal for me even though I was coughing like mad...
She ironed her clothes and left home for her K2 children's grad concert!

Watched reruns on TV....
And got ready...

& my first surprise was on the table, Hani sent me a birthday card,
all along I thought she wanted to send me a RAYA card...

Met Candice and the rest at Orchard...
But before that had to grab some lozenges cos I was coughing every minute plus...my voice was terrible
We had fast food and cabbed down in two cabs to ACS BARKER Road for the concert...
Yup a collaboration between ACS Barker boys & Singapore Mens Choir...
It didnt bore me to sleep but it was very extremely entertaining...
especially when they sang singing in the rain...
after the concert and some photo taking, Seki's dad sent us to Clarke Quay...
It was pretty happening cos it was Halloween night...

We went into The Coffee Club beside Liang Court ....
We had supper...and I shared the Ice Earl Vanilla....
It was nice!!!!
then 12 midnite struck and this guy appeared with a cake plus a candle on it and walked towards me...
I was embarrassed!!!
Of cos lah.... I always celebrate my birthday in private...
And celebrating in the open paiseh cos people were looking....
Then the surprise came...
They gave me a Swarovski heart necklace...
They are always so sweet cos they know I love hearts and
they always made it a point to buy something of heart shaped for me...
Sweet lah my babes...
But before we ended the day, I had the nightmare of my life...
My birthday celebration ended with my biggest nightmare...
only the closest people in my life knows how afraid I am of people in costumes especially those horrifying ones....
we were walking pass this lift when the door opened...
and then this thing in white came out, then slowly a few more then I saw a black figure...
these guys must be star wars freaks!! They dressed up as Darth Vader...
And I ran all the way out... Only God knows how fast my heart was beating...
Then my friend had to take pictures of them...
I stood all the way behind Candice & offered to take the pics because I did not want to be anywhere near them....
I nearly cried...
It was terrifying....*badly taken pic because of my shaking hands*

28th October 2007...

My relatives came over for visiting...
And it was a tiring day....
So much to do....
And my relatives came when I haven't bathed...
And I ran all the way to my parents room to freshen up...
Then went out to entertain the guests...
Let my nephews eat ice-cream...
Should see the baby eat ice-cream...
he became like an old man nagging non-stop in baby language
must be telling me it was delicious and to be faster in feeding..
my dad scolded me when I teased the little on...
I put the spoon in front of his mouth and move the spoon further away
when his little mouth opened....
He is so lovable.... Should have taken some pictures of him but my bro had the cam in his car..

Then at 730 dearest picked me up to the airport
wanted to dine at Swensons but the queue was so long... we decided to dine elsewhere
so at Breeks we dined...
where 2 others were also celebrating their birthday also...
but the service was not pretty much up the standard we expected... abit disappointing
but I had a great time with dearest........
I had the greatest time the 2 days... all thanks to my loved one....

And enough play...its time back to school...
I am so sick now!!!
I hope my body won't ache as much as it did yesterday!!
