What an irony, the institue hires lecturer to teach us this important topic on Quality, yet it is not providing the quality of service it should been providing!!!! So disappointing.

I know, I still cannot get over it. It is so irritating.

And with what is happening, it is even more irritating to know that this world is a mean place!
